Dr. Ketan Apte is the younger brother of actress Radhika Apte. His father, Dr. Charudutt Apte is a neurosurgeon and the Chairman of Sahyadri Hospitals Ltd. and his mother, Dr. Jayashree Apte is an Executive Director at Sahyadri Hospitals Ltd. 2 3
He did his schooling at Akshar Nandan School in Pune, Maharashtra, and then did his MBBS at JSS Medical College in Mysuru, Karnataka. After that, he did his Post Graduate Diploma in Hospital Management (PGDHM) at the Indian Institute of Health Management Research (IIHMR), Jaipur, Rajasthan. 4
He began his career as an executive assistant of the Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Sahyadri Hospital, Pune in April 2012 and worked there till April 2014. 4
Apte worked as a Management Trainee for 2 months at Columbia Asia Hospital, Pune from May 2015 to June 2015. 4
