Jimmy Gardner was wrongly convicted of sexual assault and robbery case of May 1987 in which a mother and daughter were robbed, beaten, and the latter raped at their home in Charleston, South Carolina, USA. After being released from a prison in West Virginia in 2016, he became a motivational speaker to help others.
