Her father, Homi Treasuryvala was a Merchant Navy captain and shenaz spent the first seven years of her life traveling on cargo ships. | |
After completing her school she enrolled in St. Xavier's College, Mumbai where she was discovered by a photographer during her first year in college and she appeared in TV commercials for Gold Spot, Philips, Trigger Jeans, Akai, Elle 18, and many more. | |
In 1997, she appeared in the music video of Ila Arun's "Tum Mujhko Chuna Naa" with Milind Soman. | |
