LeAnn Rimes is an internationally acclaimed American singer, songwriter, and actress famous for her country music. She is the winner of 2 Grammy awards, an American Music Award, 3 Academy of Country Music Awards, and 4 Billboard Music Awards.
She was born on 28 August 1982 to Wilbur Rimes and Belinda Butler Rimes in Jackson, Mississippi, United States, and was raised in Garland, Texas at an apartment complex named Pecan Knoll. LeAnn is the only child of her parents and does not have any siblings. 5
Her parents, Wilbur Rimes and Belinda Butler got divorced in 1997. After the divorce, Wilbur Rimes got married to Vicki Rimes, and Belinda Butler got married to Ted Miller.
Actress and writer Katherine Connella best known for Two Days at a Time (1995), Grief (1993), The White to Be Angry (1999) and The Fluffer (2001) is her cousin. 6
She is a cousin to former First Lady of the United States Rosalynn Carter. Rosalynn Carter is the wife of Jimmy Carter, the 39th President of the United States and she served as the First Lady from 12 January 1971 to 14 January 1975. 6

LeAnn Rimes started dating actor Andrew Keegan in 1998. They were together when Rimes and her father were involved in a lawsuit over her earnings. Rimes’s father alleged that the actor was attempting to get his hands on Rimes’s finances. Their three-year relationship ended in 2001. According to reports, the reason for their breakup is said to be Andrew Keegan’s relationship with Rimes’s Coyote Ugly co-star Piper Perabo. 10

The couple got married on 23rd February 2002, when Rimes was only 19 and Sheremet was 21 in a church ceremony at Perkins Chapel in Dallas, Texas. In January 2010, Sheremet filed for divorce and their divorce was finalized on 19th June 2010. 12
LeAnn Rimes met actor Eddie Cibrian when they filmed for the made-for-television movie “Northern Lights” in 2009 and began an affair. Both of them were married at that time, Rimes was married to dancer Dean Sheremet and Cibrian was married to TV star Brandi Glanville and had 2 sons, Mason Cibrian and Jake Cibrian together. The couple got engaged on Christmas Eve in 2010. Eddie and LeAnn tied the knot on 22 April 2011 in a private ceremony in California. 14
LeAnn Rimes doesn’t have any biological child with Eddie Cibrian but she is very close to her step-sons Mason Cibrian and Jake Cibrian.
