To support their claim they misquoted the excerpt from Rekha’s biography “Rekha: The Untold Story” which reads, “Farzana is a perfect partner for Rekha. She is her consultant, her friend, and her supporter, and Rekha simply can’t live without her“. These reports even claimed that Farzana was one of the major reasons behind the suicide of Rekha’s late husband, Mukesh Aggarwal. However, Yaseer Usman, the author of “Rekha: The Untold Story” criticized the clickbait journalism and clarified that phrases such as “live-in relationship” had never been used in his entire book and even threatened to pursue legal action against the publications if these are not immediately rectified. 2
